Broken Nuts & Bolts
Removal of seized bolts, nuts, studs, pins, bushes and bearings.
Locking wheel nuts that just wont budge. We specialise in removing them on cars, trailers, bikes, boats and caravans.
Exhaust and turbo manifold bolts that have been heated and cooled are sometimes difficult to remove.
Chassis, sub-frame and mounting bolts that are seized or snapped can be removed, cleaned and repaired.
Thread Repairs
Glowplugs, injectors, sump plugs, turbo manifold bolts, exhaust manifold bolts, brake caliper pins and bleed nipples that have been snapped or damaged can be retapped and heli-coiled.
Fitting of heli-coil and solid steel inserts done on your premises without the need of stripping and getting it sent out for repair. All this done on site while you carry on with servicing and other work.
Welding
We provide an on-site service for cast iron, aluminium and steel welding.
We repair weld, cracked or broken gearboxes, sumps, engine mounting bolts and cast iron manifolds.
